Halibut is the largest fish in the flounder family.  It is sweet and mild but has a thicker, firmer, white flaky texture.  Fished from the cold Alaskan Bering Sea waters, fresh caught season begins mid-March through November.  Join us at Catch 35 Chicago/Naperville for lunch or dinner.
