A Chicago treasure, Eric has made music locally and around the world with some of the finest in the jazz business including Earl “Fatha” Hines and the Count Basie Orchestra. Not to be missed.


Wednesday, Saxophonist/Flutist Steve Eisen

Steve has been gracing Chicago stages for over forty years with his fiery brand of virtuoso musicianship. Among the countless bands he has appeared and recorded with are Aretha Franklin, Dr John, The Beach Boys, Ides of March, Al Kooper, The Four Tops, Johnny Winter, Styx, Commodores, Ramsey Lewis and Chevere de Chicago.


Thursday, Trumpeter Russ Johnson

Russ recently relocated to the midwest from New York City and has performed with some of the top names in jazz including Lee Konitz, Steve Swallow, Bill Frisell, and Joe Lovano. He has recorded seven albums as a leader and can be heard on over seventy-five as a sideman. Russ is the “real deal”!


Friday, saxophonist Mark Colby

Catch favorite, Mark Colby, has performed and recorded with stars such as the Bee Gees, Dr. John, Wilson Pickett, Maynard Ferguson and many others. He has also released six critically acclaimed albums under his own name.


Saturday, Vocalist Alison Ruble

Allison is a wonderful stylist whos work is described as “glittering and flawless” by Jazz Times Magazine. Among her accomplishments, Alison is an Origin Records artist and the President of USO Illinois!
